EveryPay Payment Gateway

Recognizing the importance of electronic payment security, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (Decision No. 280/3 / 23-7-2018 GG B 3010 / 25-7-2018), and manages securely card payment transactions, in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. Everypay is certified in accordance with the PCI DSS compliance standards. All Everypay services are made through secure connections with 256bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports the ability to use the 3D Secure service, an additional security token for VISA, MasterCard & American Express. The Payer then has to enter his personal secret code to complete the transaction successfully.

Can I change the PayPal account I pay with?

At this time, it is not possible to directly change your PayPal. If you want to pay through another PayPal account we recommend you cancel your existing subscription using the link on the Orders or Subscriptions page and then subscribe to a new one using your new PayPal account.

Payments & Refunds

If you have a concern about a payment please contact us via email or our contact form for a quick resolution.

This has occurred due to insufficient funds or expired payment method in your PayPal or other payment processor. Please check that the funds are available and that there is a correct payment method attached. If both these things are in order but your payment is still not going through, please contact PayPal or other payment processor as there may be an issue. Your service will remain uninterrupted while you attend to getting your payment in order.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel an order or subscription, you can do so on Orders or Subscriptions Page.

You can also simply send us a message asking us to cancel your subscription. If you are no longer using our services and don’t plan on returning to us in the future, you may choose to delete your NextLevelBros Account. You can do so here.

Cancellations take effect in the next billing period. For example, if your plan has a one month subscription term, then your cancellation will take place when the current one month term is over. You will not be charged for a renewal; your service will continue for the period you have already paid for.

How much will I pay for your services?

Are there any hidden fees?

There are no Hidden Fees. We are upfront and fully transparent regarding all costs and services provided by NextLevelBros. Your VAT will be charged upon checkout depending on the VAT rate in your country, if applicable, but in most cases no VAT is charged.
