We may require your Social media credentials for our Promotional and Account Management services because we need access to your account to be able to provide our service.
The exact amount of traffic, conversions, likes, followers, and comments you may receive is not guaranteed to you in any way. It all depends on the quality of your content or product/service and the interest level it generates in your Target Audience. We just make sure people have the opportunity to see it, to the extent described in each NextLevelBros Plan as seen on our website
Interactions and promotional activities performed by NextLevelBros are chosen through user targeting analytics - but we cannot guarantee that the everyone we reach will be 100% of your desired target audience.
You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute with the payments processor.
Your re-occurring payment term will automatically recur for the same amount on the same date every month, if you fail to cancel or notify us for cancellation.
Cancellation of subscription takes effect as of the next billing period. For example, if your plan has a one month subscription term, then your cancellation will be effective when the current one month term is over. You will not be charged for an automatic renewal; your service will continue to function for the period you have already paid for.
We may require your Social Media username and password to obtain the access required for NextLevelBros services.
By subscribing to a specific NextLevelBros service, you must pay for the complete term in advance. If at any stage you would like to cancel a subscription, you can do so in the Subscriptions settings of your Account in the logged in section of our website. Alternatively you can send us an email (including your Instagram account name) requesting cancellation.
You agree by registering or accepting this agreement that you are at least 13 years of age.
You will in no way copy any programming, text or images used on the NextLevelBros website without the written consent of a NextLevelBros representative.
- Reviews & Public Usage
If asked for a NextLevelBros review, we have the rights to utilize reviews publicly on forums, and websites unless specifically asked to remain confidential. We can remove your review if contacted - allow 24 hours and it will be removed.
NextLevelBros is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram. We do not monitor your posts, or the comments and direct messages you yourself send, which could result in your account being flagged for reasons beyond our purvey.
NextLevelBros will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. NextLevelBros makes no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide. - Change of Terms
This Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by NextLevelBros is required upon your continued use of our website or software.
- Refund Policy
Since NextLevelBros is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the service is delivered or the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service or item at our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the services and products we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the product or service: in some cases the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to be completed. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within the duration of your subscription. Otherwise the campaign will be considered completed.
Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
